Meet Jim Peros

Jim Peros – President

Jim Peros brings over 13 years of experience as a staffing and hiring consulting business owner.   His career began in the broader staffing industry, but his path took a purposeful turn after years of working closely with both public and private school systems. It became clear to Jim that there was a significant gap in the market—a need for personalized, responsive staffing solutions that prioritize people over numbers.

Jim’s insight into school district operations runs deep. As a former member of the Bond and Mill Levy Committee for Douglas County School District (DCSD), and through seven years of work as a school district benefits consultant, he developed a strong understanding of school district budgets, human resources, and the unique challenges administrators face. This hands-on experience positioned him to create a staffing company that not only meets the technical needs of school districts but also supports their broader mission: delivering high-quality education to every student.

Education is more than a business for Jim—it’s a personal passion. Having served on the Foundation for Douglas County Schools and the Board of Directors for Colorado Uplift, he’s seen firsthand how access to quality education can transform lives and create generational change. His commitment is further driven by his own experience overcoming learning challenges, and by the stories of family and close friends whose children

are thriving in special education programs. He’s listened, learned, and witnessed the emotional impact these services have had on families—often marked by tears of gratitude and relief. These experiences fuel Jim’s mission: to support school districts in finding the right special education professionals who not only fill roles, but truly make a difference.
